Bob Benkovich, LLC is a Nevada Limited Liability Company founded in January of 2007 managed by its managing members.  We were formed as a complement to B & A Sector Watch to help you in three ways:

1. enable you to take advantage of technological innovation which make it possible to get accountant prepared outsourced tax preparation for a little less than half of the going continental United States rate;
2. enable you to satisfy your Life and Health Insurance needs through our Insurance Services as an independent (not captive) agent; and
3. enable you to satisfy your annuity needs, especially during your retirement years, as your independent agent – yet with upfront ties to the largest annuity provider with an international footprint – Met Life which has reliably been paying claims since the U.S. Civil War.

Biography

A graduate of Villanova University, Bob completed his course work for a doctorate in Social Psychology at the University of Nevada at Reno, before earning his Ph. D. credential at the University of Bedford. A former member of the Nevada Legislature, Bob was dubbed a “market guru” by the Reno Gazette Journal for his impressive fifteen-year market gains and prowess in 1999. Bob holds a Series 65 credential and a Life and Health Producer License in Nevada.  he has been a  member of the Market Technicians Association since 1999 and a current member in good standing of the Better Business Bureau of Northern Nevada, Inc.

Bob did not accept a Senatorial Scholarship to the University of Pennsylvania right after high school but entered the Augustinian monastery instead. When his destiny changed direction, he got a job with Leonard Tose, former owner of the Philadelphia Eagles, where he worked his way through college at Villanova University, helping dispatch drivers over a tri-state area with Tose Trucking.

After graduating from Villanova University with a degree in the industrial social sciences, Bob moved to Nevada. He won election to the state legislature in the mid-1970’s as an assemblyman serving on the powerful Commerce and Labor & Management Committees. Multi-dimensional careers have overlapped since moving to Nevada:

• Partner in the 2,000-plus acre Dry Valley Ranch in North Washoe County, Nevada. The ranch was eventually bought out by a team of Californians who appreciated the fact that 1200 acres extended into their home state and had marketable potential.
• A Doctoral candidate at the University of Nevada at Reno, he completed his course work for a doctorate in Social Psychology, studying under Social Psychology’s trail-blazer Carl Backman who co-authored the definitive text in the area.
• As a casino supervisor, Bob worked for two pioneers in northern Nevada gaming history: Lincoln Fitzgerald at his Nevada Club and John Ascuaga at John Ascuaga’s Nugget in Sparks doing various duties, including casino shift manager, at both properties.

With a a nest egg to invest in the mid 1980’s, Bob used the discipline
required in graduate school to learn from the stock market masters.
His collection of some two dozen signed volumes by trading and technical analysis legends forms the cornerstone of his extensive library.

Encouraged by friends and family who have benefited from his market prowess over the past thirteen years, Bob registered as an investment advisor in 1999. With the dot-com collapse and the subsequent housing bubble bust, Bob developed an appreciation for fixed, portable assets, Life and Health Insurance and annuities.  He obtained his Producer License in 2007 but kept his focus on the larger world of investing.  With the creation of Bob Benkovich, LLC ancillary and complementary services can be woven into a sensible wealth accumulation strategy.  After seeing costs savings of over 50% on out-sourced 100-page plus tax returns, and realizing that he could provide comparable or better quality, Bob Benkovich, LLC, Tax Preparation Services became a reality.
